Join us for this Premium Whiskey Cocktail Dinner 

Starter – Balsamic French Onion Dip with Homemade Potato Chips.

 Course 1- Prosciutto Shrimp. Served with whiskey sour made with EH Taylor Small Batch

Course 2 – Salad of Little Gem lettuce, radicchio and endive. Candied Pecans and dried cherry. Served with a Scofflaw using High West Rendezvous Rye. 

Course 3- Marinated Skirt Steak, tomato and mushroom relish, broccolini and au gratin potatoes. Manhattan made with Blanton's Bourbon and Antica Formula Vermouth. 

Dessert – Fudge Brownie. Crushed walnuts and Eagle Rare 10 year ice cream. Old Fashioned with Eagle Rare 10 year .
