Medjool dates stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with Applewood smoked bacon served with apricot chutney
Shrimp George
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, heirloom tomato, white wine, lemon and Feta cheese served with garlic bread
Poppy seed salad
Mixed greens tossed with artichoke hearts, red onion, hearts of palm, heirloom tomatoes and candied walnuts in a poppy seed dressing
Red bell pepper crostini
Toasted crostini topped with Boursin cheese and roasted red bell peppers then drizzled with a pomegranate molasses

Braised short ribs
Slow roasted and topped with roasted celery, onions and carrots with a red wine demi over mashed potatoes
Beef tenderloin stroganoff
Tender filet medallions sautéed with mushrooms and finished with a sour cream sauce served over pappardelle pasta
Parmesan encrusted Mahi Mahi
They fish so nice, they named it twice!! Served on a bed of sautéed spinach, heirloom tomatoes and asparagus topped with a lemon butter sauce
Greek chicken
Boneless breast of chicken baked with herbs, white wine, lemon then topped with arugula, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, heirloom tomatoes and Feta cese served over roasted potatoes
